The Role
Monroes are seeking experienced Bar Staff to join their existing team. There are part time and full time positions available.
Responsibilities
· Serving customers in a fast paced but effective manner whilst maintaining good customer relations.
· Preparing the bar with the correct stock at the beginning of each shift
· Assisting in the back bar / cellar
· Assist with Keg / stock deliveries
· Ensure bar is stocked adequately during service
· Clean and return the bar to perfect condition at the end of the night
Requirements
· Product knowledge & cocktail experience is beneficial but not essential.
· Enthusiastic & Driven individuals
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment
· Have a passion for delivering excellent service
· Minimum 2 Years F&B experience (preferably )
· Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays
