The Role
Monroes are seeking experienced Floor Staff to join their existing team. There are part time and full time positions available.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service at all times within the bar and restaurant floor.
Taking orders accurately and reporting any issues to your line manager
Have a good knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients and allergens.
Provide customers with information and recommendations regarding menu items where appropriate.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure they are satisfied with their experience.
Process customer payments accurately and handle cash/card payments in line with company procedures.
Clear and reset tables efficiently and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
Ensure tables, chairs, service areas and other customer-facing areas are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
Ideally, candidates will have some previous experience working as floor staff but all candidates will be considered
Enthusiastic, customer-focused and friendly with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communications skills
